To keep things smooth, fun, and fair for everyone (especially our hardworking hands!), please take a quick peek at the rules of the road. By browsing our site or snagging one of our pieces, you're agreeing to these T&Cs. Thanks for being cool!

1. Who We Are & What We Do

  • The Vibe: We create kick-ass, unisex jewellery. Think raw energy and handcrafted quality.

2. The Nature of Our Beasts (The Jewellery)

  • Handcrafted, Not Machine-Made: This is the most important part! Every single piece is lovingly and painstakingly handcrafted. Our jewellers are humans, not robots (though sometimes we wish they were for speed).
  • Embrace Imperfection: You might notice tiny differences from the photos—a subtle shift in colour, a slightly different texture, or a tool mark that tells a story. This is not a defect; it's proof of authenticity! If you're after perfect, factory-line symmetry, this might not be your jam. If you want unique character, you're home.
  • Material Talk: We describe our materials honestly. If it says it's [Material, e.g., Sterling Silver], treat it like sterling silver. We're transparent, so please read the descriptions before you buy!

3. Placing Your Order (The Transaction Fun)

  • The "Yes, Please!": When you order, you're making a firm offer. We usually say "Heck yes!" and accept, but we reserve the right to gently decline an order if something smells fishy (like potential fraud) or if we messed up the pricing (oops).
  • Show Us the Money: Full payment is needed upfront. Think of it as reserving a tiny piece of art or let’s say a future investment. We accept upi and bank transactions.
  • Pricing & Metal Market Reality Check: Heads up! Since metal prices—especially silver—like to play rollercoaster games on the global market, our prices might fluctuate in the future. If silver goes up, we might have to adjust our pricing to cover the actual cost of materials. We promise we will always do our absolute best to keep our pieces fairly priced and accessible, but sometimes the market is just the market. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order, but it might change next month(depending on the current market).
  • Taxes & Duties: You are responsible for any local taxes, duties, or customs charges. We can't predict what border control will demand, so that part is on you!

4. Shipping & Handling (The Waiting Game)

  • Our Hustle Time: Remember the handcrafted bit? We need a bit of time to finalize, polish, and package your piece like the treasure it is. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing before it even ships. Patience is a virtue, especially when waiting for something awesome.
  • The Mail Carrier: Once the package leaves our studio and hits the post office, we essentially hand the baton (and the responsibility) to the shipping carrier. We'll give you a tracking number, but after that, they are the boss. We're not responsible for delays or packages that decide to go on an unscheduled world tour.

🚨 5. The "Read This Twice" Policy: Final Sales

Because our items are handcrafted, unique, and require serious effort, we have a firm boundary here: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. PERIOD.

  • No Take-Backs: We do not currently accept returns or offer refunds for change of heart, "I thought it would be bigger," or "My friend has different taste." Measure twice, check the photos thrice, and be confident in your choice!
  • Size Matters (Your Responsibility): If a piece requires sizing (like a ring or bracelet), it is 100% your job to select the correct size. We can't refund based on an incorrect guess.
  • The Oopsie Exception: If your item arrives genuinely broken or there's a serious manufacturing flaw (would need an uncut unboxing video of that), please email us at : deus.forlife@gmail.com
  • Within 48 hours of delivery. Send us a clear photo and uncut unboxing video of the issue. We'll evaluate it and figure out a repair or replacement. This is the only way a return/refund discussion happens.

6. Taking Care of Your Jewels

  • Care Instructions: We include some friendly tips on how to keep your jewellery sparkling. Ignoring these tips and then wondering why your piece looks like it wrestled a badger is not covered by any warranty. Treat it nicely!
  • The Limited Guarantee: If a piece fails due to a true fault in our craft within [Specify time frame, e.g., 30 days] of purchase, let us know. This doesn't cover losing it, scratching it while lifting weights, or showering with it repeatedly. That's just life!

7. The Legal Stuff (The Boring But Necessary Bit)

  • Our Photos are Ours: All pieces, photos, logos, and clever text belong to deus. Please don't steal them. We worked hard!

8. Changes to These Rules

  • We might update these T&Cs occasionally. We'll post the changes here, and by continuing to use our site, you're agreeing to the new script.
  • The new pricing point is now clearly and honestly addressed in Section 3.
  • Before you publish, remember to fill in all the [bracketed] placeholders and consult a lawyer for a formal review.
